Damage Waiver
Where any damage or mess is caused through act or omission of you (or any guests ) during your use of Hilltop glamping pod and hilltop fishing lake, or where additional cleaning is required caused by neglect you agree to pay to Tees Valley Lakes, upon written demand, any reasonable costs incurred in making good any such loss or damage. Membership will be suspended until all monies awed are paid in full.
These terms are applicable to all bookings on Hilltop and booking of the venue is confirmation of agreement to these terms.
Please Note: No use of the following inside of the Pod
No Smoking
No Naked Flames
No Stoves
No Gas Heaters
No BBQ's
Your safety is of paramount concern therefor the above is NOT permitted inside of the pod.
